I think Ray has missed us this week. He was so excited to be home with us this morning that he came over to me THREE times to get a full-body rub. Then he went over to Gregg and crawled up in his lap. That's a first. Recorded for posterity on the Mac Laptop.
Here I am at work at a daily newspaper and I had to see Ray's blog since I haven't kept up with it for a while. I laughed and laughed and laughed about Craig having Ray sleeping on his lap as he attempted to read the newspaper. Doesn't Ray know he is supposed to read the paper and not be IN the paper. The music you have attached is absolutely perfect! Nothing like a little classical music to put with Ray's outbursts! You made me laugh today and with the rain we are having here in Southern California you would think that we were in Seattle, Washington! I had to put my big old Black Lab inside the house and won't be home for six hours! I hope he didn't lose his bladder! I'll see when I go home for lunch around 2:30 p.m. That means I left for work at 8:30 am. I hope that when I get home I'll have a great dog rushing out of the house to relieve himself. We'll see. Ray - you have so much personality! You are better than a child!! We love you!
My name is Ray the Blind Dog. I'm a Redtick Coonhound that was born blind in July 2008. I'm named after my blind counterpart Ray Charles. I joined a family of 2 cats and 2 humans in June of 2009. I want to show everyone how well I get along in this world and let my friends know how I'm doing. Please feel free to add remarks or share your experiences in the comment box. We all want to know what you think.
