I remember reading a study about how cow flatulence was a real concern because it produced so much of the greenhouse gas, methane. I wonder if scientists have studied hound dogs. I think they can give cows a run for their money.
I think you're on to something! We have a 5-pound calico cat that's right up there with cows and hound dogs as a contributor to greenhouse gases and global warming (not to mention that her breath smells like cat food)!
I know what you mean. Years ago, I had a German Shorthaired Pointer who could clear a room. Don't even get me started on being in the confines of a car. ~Melinda from Texas
hahahahahaha. I mentioned this problem one day when I had Ray at the vet. The guy told me to lower the protein content of Ray's food and, wonder of wonders, the problem went away almost completely. At least, that is, until Ray gets into the cat food...
My name is Ray the Blind Dog. I'm a Redtick Coonhound that was born blind in July 2008. I'm named after my blind counterpart Ray Charles. I joined a family of 2 cats and 2 humans in June of 2009. I want to show everyone how well I get along in this world and let my friends know how I'm doing. Please feel free to add remarks or share your experiences in the comment box. We all want to know what you think.
