Photo Phriday

A random assortment of photos from the last few months

Ahhhhhh. I love my couch. SO MUCH
Do you want the shoe? Do ya punk?
Then come and get it
HA
I don't know why, but I'm feeling a bit creeped out.
I'm waiting for the next presidential race to run again.
You're in my spot, dog.
Guess I'll just have to settle for something MUCH more comfortable
Ahhhhhh, I love my other couch. SO much
And then the first cat said to the other cat "But that's not a mousie,
that's a vole!"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
What? Haven't you ever seen a dog sleeping with a cat before?
(Ray) Move
(Juno) No
(Ray) Move
(Juno) No
(Ray) Move
(Juno) No
sigh
there's someone watching me….
….do dee do dee do. I'll just pretend that I don't know

  1. What kind of water fowl is that? Very pretty!

I wonder why Ray doesn't just plop himself on top of the cats when they are in his way. He's quite the gentleman. He also looks a bit like me when Blueberry insists on hogging the bed and I end up with an insufficient portion to stretch out.

    1. That is a Blue Heron. Next to Ray, Juno, and Harvey, I like taking his picture best. He's no car wren though. ; )

    2. And Ray was getting ready to poke Juno to get her off of the chair but I kept saying "Don't you poke Juno, Ray. Don't poke Juno." Since he knew he was being watched, he left her alone. I'm not entirely sure that he knew she was on the bed next to him in the other photo, though.

    1. Ray and Juno are such an odd pair, aren't they? She LOVES her big dog. He always looks so perplexed when he finds her rubbing on his legs or trying to wipe cat spit on his face to mark him as her own. It's so funny to watch. And kinda touching.

  3. I am enjoying Ray's blog. I love his conversations with humans and cats. You can hear their voices!
It is particularly interesting to read about another blind dog coping since I adopted Isis (yes, really, she was already named!) at the end of August. She is deaf and blind and very lively. patinkingsheath

    1. Good for you adopting a blind/deaf dog! I'm guessing that, like Ray, she doesn't know she's supposed to act handicapped.
Thanks for enjoying Ray's blog. jean
